Archiving Policy

Indonesian Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Multimodal Systems (IJAIMS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of published scholarly content. The journal implements digital archiving strategies to safeguard the integrity and permanence of the academic record.

All published articles are permanently available online and form part of the journal’s enduring scholarly archive.

1. Digital Preservation

IJAIMS maintains secure digital backups of all published articles and journal data. The journal platform is regularly updated and maintained to ensure continued accessibility and system security.

2. Institutional and Repository Archiving

Authors are permitted to deposit the final published version of their article in institutional repositories, personal websites, or recognized scholarly archives, provided that proper citation to the journal is included.

3. Open Journal Systems (OJS) Archiving

The journal utilizes the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, which supports interoperability standards and metadata harvesting protocols to facilitate indexing and digital preservation.

4. Indexing and Third-Party Archiving

Where applicable, published content may also be archived and indexed by recognized indexing services, digital libraries, and aggregators to enhance discoverability and preservation.

5. Permanent Accessibility

In the event that the journal ceases publication, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure continued access to previously published content through institutional archiving or alternative digital preservation services.
